Parents and friends of the Big League World Series Teams are invited to come to the upstate of South Carolina and enjoy the week-long events. Most games are played during the evening, which gives you ample time to shop, visit local sites or just rest. Most of the time, the coach has plans for the team, so don't plan to spend much time with them during the day.

THERE IS NOTHING AVAILABLE AT THE VILLAGE WHERE THE TEAMS ARE STAYING. If you would like to be closer to the team during the day, you can check with a hotel in Clemson, which is only about 10 minutes away from the SWU campus, and about 20 minutes away from the playing field in Easley.

There are ample restaurants in the greater Easley/Central/Clemson area - all types of food and all price ranges.

SPECIAL OVERFLOW PARKING SERVICE.Special thanks to the Pickens County YMCA for stepping up to the plate. They will provide the officialBLWS ShuttleService for the Fan Fest  The shuttle service begins at 5:00pm on July 26.  Pickup will be at the old Wal-Mart Shopping Center (1023 S Pendleton St. which is located behind Peoples National Bank) and drop off at JB Red Owens Sports Complex.  They will have 4 mini buses - look for the YMCA logos on the sides of those buses.  Look for signage in the area for more details
